CSG designed, developed, produced and installed a large-scale oil pipe three-dimensional turnover warehouse for Dalipu, which is the first independent research and development of oil pipe industry warehouse in the country. It covers an area of about 10,000 square meters, about 270 meters in length, 36 meters in width and 15.5 meters in height. The reservoir area is equipped with 4 lanes, arranged with 8 rows * 26 floors * 18 rows, a total of 3,544 cargo spaces, and a single cargo space is 13 meters long, the largest Carry 4 tons.
The main equipment of the intelligent library includes high-level racks, stackers, hoists, shuttles, distribution vehicles, conveyor lines and other super large non-standard equipment. For the first time, electronic fences and inspection systems are used in the warehouse area to achieve precise positioning of personnel. Effectively guarantee the safety of the operation and maintenance personnel of the warehouse.
Adopt smart warehouse to reduce high-intensity hoisting safety risks; smart warehouse is connected with rolling workshop, heat treatment workshop, special pipe factory, thickening workshop, a total of 12 entrances and exits, the total efficiency can reach 100 times of warehouse entry per hour; Reduce more than 200 people; in terms of commonly used tubes, the throughput is 1000 pieces per hour.
